Natural Remedies Cystic Acne

Hey everybody, Kevin here. I mentioned earlier that I recently had a breakout of acne after going for years without it. I thought I’d write a little more about it, especially since this time around I’ve discovered natural remedies cystic acne that really work!

Now, you can always go with the tricks I list in my natural remedies cystic acne article totally for free, of course. But if they don’t work for you, I strongly recommend you give the Acne No More program a try. It worked great for me, and even if it doesn’t work for you, you can always get your money back because he gives a full 60-day money back guarantee, no questions asked.

Frankly, I’m not 100% sure just how to write this post. I want to give you enough information and details about the program to let you know it’s the real deal, but this guy put a ton of work into the program, so I don’t want to “spill the beans” and tell you all about it, because I really think the guy deserves to make some money for his efforts.

OK, like I mentioned before, the program is called “Acne No More” and it includes a really comprehensive eBook and a few demo videos that show you how to do all the steps described in the book. It’s a holistic program and uses no drugs, it’s a completely natural approach. I also want to make sure you know that you can’t buy this program here; I’m just telling you about it! The program’s sold over at the Acne No More site.

The program combines some diet changes with a heavy-duty daily skin care regimen to attack the source of the acne problem more than the symptoms. In fact, some of the techniques in the routine are things I’ve actually used myself, and talk about elsewhere on my site. But he combines multiple techniques in a way I never thought to do, and it makes them much more effective!

I really bought the course completely out of desperation because none of my old methods were working when I had that flare up late last year. But the program really, really worked! After adding all of his tricks to the stuff I already knew, and combining the steps with some diet changes, those horrible, painful cysts on my shoulders were nuked in about 20 days, and haven’t come back!

So, if you’ve been dealing with a really stubborn case of acne, take my advice and give the program a try. You’ve got nothing to lose, like I said, he gives a full money-back guarantee. You’ll know if the his natural remedies cystic acne are working for you long before the time limit on the guarantee (60 days). It worked for me very quickly, I was seeing some results within about a week. Give it a try!

Some Home Remedies for Acne

February 16th, 2011 admin No comments

There are some really good home remedies for acne that don’t require you to spend a lot of money, or go to the doctor at all. Not all natural remedies for cystic acne are going to help you; they just don’t work for everybody (only a few worked for me). But the good thing is that they’re usually inexpensive and there are enough that you can try them out and probably find at least one or two that can help you out.

But first, before anything else, a specific word to any ladies reading this: if you’re having acne problems, the VERY FIRST thing you should do is check all of your makeup products. EVERYTHING you use should be non-comedogenic! I think it’s sometimes called non-occlusive makeup, too. Anyway, the point is, make sure none of your makeup is a type that will clog your pores. If any of it is, get rid of it, I don’t care how much you love it. Find something else to use, because if you’re using the wrong makeup, you’ve already got two strikes against you!

OK, that said, let’s talk about a few of the cystic acne home treatment options I’ve tried over the years, and hopefully we’ll cover a few that you feel inspired to try.

Honey is a Natural Antibiotic

The one technique that probably worked best for me is one you probably have already heard of, but I’ll tell you anyway: plain old baking soda. Mix a few teaspoons of it with enough water to make a paste, a little thicker than toothpaste consistency. Smooth it onto the blemished area, let it sit for about 15 minutes, then rinse it off with plain water. You can also mix in a little bit of sea salt (about 1:10 ratio) and actually massage it onto the skin a little. The sea salt will act like an exfoliant and help open up the pores better, plus it seems to be a little easier on the skin. I would use this especially on my shoulders when I got the really bad cysts, and it helped a lot.

Remember that if you’re going to use the exfoliating technique, try to catch things early. Once the cysts start getting inflamed, it’s probably going to be too painful to be rubbing them and besides, you’ll risk spreading the infection like you would if you squeezed the cysts. By the way, if you’re dealing with the really bad cystic acne and you’ve been trying to squeeze them, DON’T DO IT!!! Please, please, please, please, trust me: it will only make things a whole lot worse! THIS IS EXPERIENCE TALKING!!!

So, here are few more all-natural techniques. First, egg whites! This worked for me sometimes when the baking soda didn’t, I don’t know why. But just mix a little bit of honey into some egg whites and spread it onto the area, let it sit for a few minutes and rinse it off. Honey is a natural antibiotic, and there’s a few other honey-based techniques: honey and turmeric (yes, the spice), honey and cinnamon, and honey mixed with crushed aspirin. OK, the aspirin isn’t “natural”, but it’s safe and everybody has some at home.

Potato juice, believe it or not, can help clear the oils out of your skin. It’s highly alkaline (ever make one of those potato batteries in school? That’s why they work.) and it can work wonders for some people. It never really worked for me, but it did work for some friends. Just slice a fresh potato in half, then rub the juice onto your skin. One guy I know who had really bad acne on his face used this trick, but he also sprinkled a little sea salt onto the potato after he sliced it, then rubbed it on. It worked great for him.

There are a few other natural techniques I know about but haven’t really used, so I can’t say one way or the other, but I’ll just list them out really quick right here: aloe vera (people use this for everything, it seems, but I know several folks who swear by it for acne), crushed mango pulp, horseradish(!), and boiled mud treatments. Don’t ask me details about the boiled mud thing, I’m just adding it because I remember a gal in college who used it. I’m sure you can find more info about it through Google.

Welcome to My Natural Remedies Cystic Acne Site

Hi, I’m Kevin and this is my website. I put it up because I wanted to learn a little about the web, and I thought this was a subject I could at least pass on a little useful information to people about. I’m still learning, so bear with me as I get things going. If you see something broken, let me know — my email is on the “Contact” page in the menu at the top (I hope). If the email isn’t there, just psychically project at me and maybe I’ll pick up on it…

If anything’s really broken, I blame my buddy John who’s trying to teach me how to do this stuff in his spare time.

Just kidding, John! Thanks for all the help!

So, my site is going to be about acne solutions, especially the natural remedies for cystic acne that I’ve tried over the years. I’m not a doctor so I’m not going to talk much about acne medications, except maybe some that I actually used when I was in high school and college. But I’m writing up a few actual articles to post, so for now I’ll just say thanks for reading and I hope I can help you!
